Using an audiovox ss9000 and flashlogic flcan with d2d. During remote shutdown of the starter the doors unlocks and don't relock. The DEI tech sheet shows that the locks are 5 wire. All I need to do is use the wire "remote start after shutdown" on the alarm to trigger the locks manually. How do I do this on a 5 wire?
Also, does anyone know how to disarm an alarm manually by a wire? This car has the smart key and no one has been able to figure out how to sense when you touch the door handle to unlock the car and disable the aftermarket alarm. I want to tap into the unlock motor and disarm the aftermarket alarm.

are you asking how to do 5wire locks or how to activate the lock after remote start shutdown? all you should have to do is tie in the "pulse after shutdown" wire to the lock wire from the remote starter.
there is physically no wire that disarms the aftermarket alarm but if you can wire relays to send 12v to the ignition input/output of the remote starter AND pulse the valet button then it should disarm the alarm. activate those relays with whatever input you want to use to disarm the alarm.
it would probably be smart to use another relay and a diode to isolate the remote starters ignition output/input functions. that way when you supply ignition to the remote starter for the manual disarm it wont feed back to the car's ignition wire and possibly cause a check engine light to come on

The locking is being done by the databus (flashlogic flcan) so no wires are going to the lock wire. I know the output after shutdown, but if I needed to use that wire I wasn't sure how to wire it to the lock wire (5 wire)
Using the databus and d2d with the flashlogic module I don't believe I have an ignition input, but I do have an ignition output.

Your locks are not 5 wire. They are negative pulse. You need to go into the drivers door an get the factory arm/disarm wires to make it work as they also operate the locks. connect the arm after shutdown to the pink wire in the 28 pin plug(pin 24) in the door to make it relock/arm.

As for the disarm, you need to disarm it when it first starts. Use the pulse before start wire and go to the door again. In the same 28 pin plug, use brown(pin 25) and white(pin 23). Use both wires and diode isolate them.
