Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to install the PWD701 on my father's 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee (I6 4.0L) which also has OEM power locks & alarm.
I am having a hard time with the Pyle Starter/Alarm because, well;
1- No brake wire on the starter
2- No disarm wire
3- No Tach wire
Can someone help me out here please?
I can figure out everything else but it's a bit concerning to me. How can I start the car when there is no DISARM wire. I have already located the disarm wire (-) in the jeep.
The starter has an optional hood pin or trunk wire(-) which shuts the car off and disables the starter when touching Negative.
I could use a relay and use it on the Brake wire(+) to the starter when under way.
I'm also not sure about the Tach wire. I assume this might be a TACHLESS system but have yet to test it.

This is a security system only, no remote starter on that unit.
