well this amp can run a variety of different speaker loads so it's hard to say exactly which subs you should get.  How many subs do you want to get?  And how loud is this going to be?  SPL-type loud?  or just adding extra bass to your car?

Wow, a Class AB 2-channel amp that's 1ohm mono stable! And for right around $300, that's a good deal. I haven't had any experience with audiobahn, but the specs look great (I'm curious about the THD rating though).
The working specs are (assuming they are correct, because I couldn't get the specs straight from Audiobahn):
150 x 2 @ 4ohms
300 x 2 @ 2ohms
450 x 2 @ 1ohm
600 x 1 @ 2ohms mono/bridged
1200 x 1 @ 1ohm mono/bridged
With those specs, you have a wide margin of subs to play with.
Here's some options to consider...
1) You could get (1) 2ohm DVC rated at 1200RMS and wire in parallel for a 1ohm total load and bridge (1200 watts total, 1200 watts per sub)
2) You could get (2) 4ohm DVC's rated at 600RMS and wire in parallel for a 1ohm total load and bridge (1200 watts total, 600 watts per sub)
3) You could get (2) 2ohm DVC's rated at 450RMS and wire each in parallel on their own channel at a 1ohm load (450 watts per channel, 450 watts per sub)
4) You could get (2) 4ohm SVC's rated at 300RMS and wire in parallel for a 2ohm total load and bridge (600 watts total, 300 watts per sub)
5) You could get (4) 4ohm SVC's rated at 150RMS and wire in parallel (2 subs per channel) at a 2ohm load (300 watts per channel, 150 watts per sub)
And there are still more options available...
What's going to hold you back is what you're willing to pay for the subs. Were you looking to pay $250 per sub, or $250 total for all the subs combined?
My personal preference is Rockford Fosgate.
You can pick up (2) Punch HX2's for around $225-$250 total on eBay. They are rated 500RMS 1000Peak. These would work great with Option 2 above.
You could also pick up (1) Power HX2 for around $220-$240 total on eBay. They are rated 1000RMS 2000Peak. This would work great with Option 1 above.
I am currently running 2 Punch HX2's at 500RMS each from an RF Power 1000bd amp, and it will rattle fillings out of your teeth Audiobahn A2150HCQ 1200 Watt 2Ch - Last Post -- posted image. So I can personally recommend the quality of those RF subs.
Just be careful if you buy from eBay or an eBay store. There are no authorized Rockford retailers there. The only waranty you would get would be from the seller/store, and make sure to get it in writing first!
