I am looking for a Wiring diagram for a 2002 Kia Rio...to install an alarm system...it's a basic install no doorlocks or anything....

Notes:

*1 The ECM is in the driver kick panel. The tach wire is in pin 31 in the 52 pin plug. Can also find the tach wire in the diagnostic plug behind the driver side headlight.

I just put a alarm and door lock into a reo last week. My suggestion off of the list above would be to go straight to the door trigger switch on the drivers door. I had conflicting signals at the connector.
Plus:
If you go to put door locks into the car, you will have to drill new wire access for the front doors. I could not get the factory grommets out far enough to modify a passage for the door lock wires. Everything else was a cake walk.
