Hi there, I tried to install my deck today and suddenly my +12V constant died on me.  However, my ignition +12V works.  I checked theradio fuse under the dash and it seems fine.  If it shorted out where else could I check?

I was tugging the +12V constant wire kinda hard, hope it didn't break the connect.

Please advise, I'm desparate...

Check the fuses under the hook, I think that the domelight or backup light might be tied into the radio fuse, if all else fails, check every fuse if they are all fine, then check the wire.

Also make sure you have a good ground or else the radio won't turn on either.

I second that....check all of the fuses under the dash, as well as under the hood. Also, make sure you didn't pull out the plastic connector that has the 12v constant wire (plugged in right above the fuse panel under the dash I believe).

It will be a 7.5 amp fuse under the hood in the fuseholder on the passenger side

You guys are right!!!  It was my 7.5 fuse under the hood that burnt out.

My new Pioneer deck is working now.

Thanks a bunch!  I really appreciate your help.
