Need some ideas

Here's the current setup:  Panasonic HU pushing 3 pairs of internal speaks, 4s in dash, 6.5s in doors, and 6x9s in rear.  All of the internal speaks are Pioneer's recent line of blue & silver.Soon I will be getting a Pioneer p6500 HU and I'm planning on a little speaker upgrade.  I'm looking at replacing my 6.5s with components and pushing them with an external amp, then just using the HU to push the 4s & 6x9s.My budget for the components & amp is $300-$350.  Any suggestions on what amp or speakers I should look at?I refuse to tiptoe through life only to arrive safely at death.

In keeping with the Pioneer theme, I'm looking at their 6.5 components, which are rated at 50w rms that I can push with a Pioneer 50x2 rms amp.  Anybody here ever heard these components and know if they're worth it?
