Is that a 5th generation Prelude?  I don't know, I haven't owned a Prelude newer than 1981, back before they were sexy and sporty.  Anyway, I think you have to carefully pry off the plastic trim panel that surrounds the A/C and radio.  The bolts that hold the radio in should be evident then.  If not, and you have an ashtray below the radio, pull it out and look for a large bolt that fastens up into the underside of the radio.  That's where the attachment point was on my 95 Civic.
