Does anybody know if a 1996 Ford Explorer  without keyless entry has negative trigger or reverse polarity door locks? If not, how would I find out?          Thanks.

i beleieve that model has negative pulse door locks with or without keyless.    To find out lift the drivers door switch and count the door lock wires excluding any power window wires, ilumination, etc. If there are 3 wires at the switch then this is not a 5 wire reversed polarity system .
