Clifford concept 40 install help

this is my first alarm install and i need help.  im installing clifford concept 40 into my 99 jeep cherokee, and i got everything but the door lock, unlock to work.  why won't the doors unlock or lock?  i was a little cofused by the alarm wires.  it has door lock comm., door unlock comm.,  door unlock n.c., door lock n.c., and door lock n.o., and door unlock n.o., which ones do i use?  any relays need?

Looks like your car is negative trip:

Tape off both n.c. wires ... you don't need them. Then connect both comm wires to ground. Then use the n.o. wires to trip the doorlocks.
