Is it possible for the high beam part of the bulb to burn out, while the low beams still work?  I drive  2001 F-150, and one day when I turned on my lights the high beams wouldn't work, but the low beams still did.  Is it a relay problem or what???  It's just weird that they both went out at the same time too.  Please help me out!!!

Yes the high beam can burn out without effecting the low beams. There are two seperate filiments in each bulb, one for high beam and one for low beam. Changing the bulb first would be a start.
