you wired your subs parallel, which 4 subs parallel with 4 ohm dvc's =0.5ohms.  So Your amp is 1000 watts at 2 ohms, and you are trying to push 0.5 ohms=not going to happen, why your amp is shutting off.  You need to wire your subs like customsuburb said in parallel so you will be running 2 ohms at the amp.  Also fix your gains like he said too and you should be good to go.  Also check this website out www.bcae1.com this should be your guide to car audio it is great.

series / parallel to be precise ty, wire the subs as customsuburbs diagram showed. These amplifiers need a really good ground, especially once the volume is turned up and the amp is drawing current. Pay very close attention to the ground wire and make sure that you read the stickies at the top of the car audio forum on grounding. This will help out considerably for your issues.
