actually it was the fact that the OEM speakers were 2 ohm, and then there was the factor that i had accidentally wired the left rear out from the head splicing the positive and negative together...... leave it to me to try and wire a head unit while half asleep....Overloaded speakers? - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image.
anyhoo, all is well now, working great.
