I'm sure this is a dumb question (though there are no dumb questions I've been told my whole life), but if I have a fused distribution block with a 0ga input, does anyone see a potential problem with putting a 4ga power wire into that input? I've tried it out and it doesn't seem loose.

It all depends on the total draw of the equipment hooked up to the block. As long as the 4 guage wire is capable of suppplying the needed power then it shoudnt really matter

I only have one amp and it's 200x4. The Stinger amp kit I got comes with a 4ga power wire....the kit says it's rated up to 1400watts, so I'm sure I'm fine. So, as long as it fits...there's no problems huh?

no there is no problem short of making a good physical connection... you may want to flare the wiring within the input part of the DB to allow for more mass assuming it's a compression style of connection....
