Check for a ground loop or a speaker wire that's: Pinched, cut, grounding.

You mentioned that this happens when you turn on your turn-signal. Is this only when you turn on your signal and you deaccellerate (or accellerate), or does it also happen when you use the signal while motionless?
Is the sound a continuous crackle, or is it just a pop? If it's a pop does it happen when you step on the brake, or turn on the headlights?
If this only happen when you accelerate or deaccelerate does it also do it when you go over bumps at a constant speed? If so does this happen when you slam or open the doors abruptly?
Also tell me what speaker the crackling comes from? Just the front or rear, or all 4. Also tell me what the headunit is running (front speakers), and what the amplifier is running (rear speakers).
