I have a 97 isuzu trooper with one 8inch flip down tv and a farenheit dvd player. when the car is on and running the tv has a couple of visible lines also when you accelerate. What is the best way of eliminating lines on a flip down tv?

i have a 92 trooper and the original stereo had audio interference. as far as i can tell they have a major problem with that sort of thing, i have herd about a supressor that you can put inline with your power line that minimizes that. ive never seen one or had to use it, it may just be your power source or where your ground is. im pretty sure that its caused by the ignition coil packs, the interfeirence i had was the same frequency as the fireing order on the motor

First thing I would suggest is to use a high quailty video RCA with good sheilding. Are all the componets landing in the same location for 12vDC and ground? Another "trick" is to wrap your wire harness(s) with foil, it is possible you are running beside some of the car's PCM/ECM wires. Hope this helps.
