well the excursion has the sweetest spot to install subs. the rear barn doors have all sorts of airspace. the question is, what to stiffen the doors up a bit. the doors are made of fiberglass and real light. i want to stiffen it up, then put a mdf face over it and put one 10 or something. how could i beefen up the bigger of the two doors?
also, has anyone done a nice install this way, suggestions, etc....

I would use some spray on sound deadening and then fiberglass in a sealed box...Should be enough for one 10"...

Blowing up in a car accident doesnt worry me, as long as I'm putting out some major dB's when I die...
