My alarm is a Checkmate with a fccId no jt3kt6b Yes I dont have the instructions to operate it and I want to know how to disable it with the little black button under my dash?

Most alarms go into valet the same way.  Can't promise it'll work on a Checkmate, but try this:

Turn the ignition key to run.

Quickly, without wasting a lot of time, push the button........ did the alarm's red LED come on solid?  If so, you're now in valet mode-----the keyless entry part of the alarm will work, but all the security features are disabled.

If that doesn't work, try turning the key on again, but this time push and hold the button.  Keep holding it until the LED comes on steady.

When you want to go back to normal operation, turn the key on and press the button again; the LED should go out.
