Ok so i recently purchase a TC-3000 Quad 2 ohm sub. I have it wired in series/parrallel and it reads out at 1.5 ohms on the multimeter. The TC website said you can safely add 30% percent to that number and that comes out to 1.95 ohms. I was planning on getting the Kicker ZX1500.1 but its only 2 ohm stable. Do you think that the amp will perform properly and not turn off or malfunction with this Sub wired in series/parrallel?

That amp will perform fine with that load.   We have ran our 1500's to one ohm for a street use. After about a 1/2 hour to 1 hour at 1 ohm it gets hot, but at 1.95 you will be just fine
