I have a Command Start CS2400, installed in a 95 Ford Contour.The problem is that when button 1 is pushed the park lights flash 9 times and nothing happens. How do I reprogram the unit.I tried lifiting the hood and pressing the switch down til the lights stayed on and then pressed the remote button 1 and closed th hood but nothing. Can anyone assist???This problem is reoccurning, the tech pulled the unit out 4 months ago and reset it but it happened again.

Turn the on/off switch off. Then press button 1 and 2 at the same time. The lights should flash 15? times. Turn the switch back on and you should be good.
