they are actually very good for the price that you can get them for. They have good range, reliable and offer features that most units would have. The only thing is, the 2way control has a cheap feel to them. and they dont look as nice as compustar, but i have one of those on my sisters car and a compustar on mine. scytek keeps up just fine for fraction of the price

I installed a 4000 series in my 1997 chevy pickup about a year back and have had no problems. The remote is the one with the screen and is a little on the fragile side and I have had to replace the battery in it twice. I UNDERSTAND THAT THAT IS NORMAL but a bit annoying. The range is about 50 yards unobstructed but alot less in a building. Over all I am very pleased with the unit and the operation for the price I paid $25.00 on Ebay. Good luck
