i want to break a 12v+ wire with a relay, but i only want the relay to energize if it is trigger by and 10 to 14v+. which means if the relay receives a 6v+ the relay will not be energized. can someone help me on this please. thank you..

Not too hard if you're willing to work with some electronic circuits.

You can use a voltage comparator set to trigger at 10V or above, and have the output control your relay driver.
