Hey i4u2cravei,
The selected resistor values are correct if you don't have a factory alarm on this van. If there is an alarm then it's a 4020 ohm for lock and a 665 for unlock. In either case you MUST USE RELAYS for lock and unlock. An alarm module sends a negative pulse through transistors but it's not a true ground pulse.
