you need YOUR type of music, a good set of ears (yours again) and some common sense and very basic knowledge (i think thats how you spell it)

don't have huge gaps in you XO frequencies, and remember.... if it sounds like crap make an adjustment!

Your tone CD is a good way to check for misc. buzzes and rattles in your car though.

turn the head unit volum to 0. turn you amp gain all the way down. while off, turn you amp gain to about 50-75% this depends on you preout volt and or line driver volt. turn your music up untill you just hear a little distortion. turn you head unit volume down a little. this will be the max volume set for the head unit. if this is to low. do the above again but tweak your amp down a little. while off. again listen to your music. WARNING if you have you a high preout unit, and or linedriver. and have your amp gain to high you will and or can. fry your amp or speakers. i did 50-60% on mine but i have a 4 volt preout. the higher your preout the lower the amp gain. if i missed anything please pros point it out? id rec this song to tweak its a very long track over 10 mins long. Confusion [Pump Panel Reconstrucion Mix] this is on the blade sound track movie #1 has highs mids and low techno bass. hope this helps.

OWWWWWWWWWWW you said you discharged the cap!
