anyone heard of VISONIk

i was looking for subs and they sounded sturdy. They are DVC 4ohm subs that hold 500RMS 1000peark.

I would plan on an amp that puts 450x2(2ohm) which is what they run best at according to the website.

They are price at 160 a piece, so at this price is it too good to be true or what. any feed back appreciated

Also my friend is looking at buying a profile clarus 1200 watt amp. I heard them at a competition with JLs once they kicked ass but has anyone heard them in a standard system?

Yessumss sir. I have a L% Solobaric powered by a cl600 and it works great and puts out the power it says. Profile is a great amp for its cost.

visonik subs are very decent subs. I used to have 2 of their $69 12's in my jeep running at 150watts each (kenwood kac-719 300watt mono amp, running @2ohms) and they sounded ok. I know that visonik is a subsidary of MA Audio, sort of like lightning audio is to rockford fosgate.
