With my system "bump'n" my trunk has a ferocious rattle. How can I eliminate it and do it for cheap?

Stuff the trunk with foam ( the same stuff from computer packing works great. ). Otherwise to do it properly, use Dynamat or Deadliner.

If you’re going to invest your time just do it right. You can buy a roll of Brown Bread for around $160 with shipping from http://www.b-quiet.com/brownbread.html Brown Bread is a high quality product at a reasonable price and installing it is as easy as it gets

Well actually the rattle s from the outside. It comes from where the trunk meets the rear end. Does this change anythignabout the things you've said I should use?

Yeah. When you push down or sit on the trunk the rattling stops.

What kind of vehicle is this?  And does it still rattle when you have the trunk open?

It's a 1990 Grand Prix and the rattling stops while the trunk is open. I figure it's rattling in between the trunk and the rest of the car near the rear end.

If it stops when the trunk is open, that probably means it's something inside the trunk lid.  Line as much of the lid as possible with sound dampening material.  Try to get the part that is vertical when the trunk is closed, as it seems like this is where the rattling seems to be coming from, right?
