07 tahoe installed clarion 675 cd player with 4channel amp have not a whine sound but more of backround hissing noise.   did not use the chime chevy harness just standard metra wiring but only use the 12v and ground from that plug.   have had same  problem in 08 tahoe with pioneer indash screen and 4channel amp and used the chime metra harness that time and had similar noise.     this also happened in 06 pontiac g6 and an 07 impala          has anybody witnessed this occurence in newer chevy vehicles and jus to mention all these vehicles had new wiring, radio, amp, speakers, and were installed by different installers using different brands each time                     thnx in advance

Turn the gains down until the noise goes away, and then see if you can still reach your desired listening level.

that helps a little but still some noise could it be the alternator on these newer chevy vehicles jus does not filter current noises and ripples out efficiently or maybe the factory battery i noticed the factory radio had similar noise but not as loud

If it were coming from the alternator, or it was alternator related, it would change according to engine RPM. What you are experiencing is known as System noise. If it was there with the factory system, and you added an amplifier, the amp amplifies whatever it sees. That is why it is no louder than before.   You can't have a 69 Camaro run an 8 second quarter mile and expect it to idle smooth.
