ok im doing a system for a someone. its a 2000 civic hatchback. he kinda wants a whole matching system. and on a budget so i was thinking of going with MTX . for the amps i went with JH404   4ch.
JH300 mono for the tr5510-44 10" sub.
now for the speakers i was looking at the 6.5 compnents by mtx TX6001 and 6x9 TDX6902 for the rears. anyone have experience with these . i want it tosound very clear and tigh solid bass. you think this is a good setup. seems like it would work to me
thanks

i have the mtx components in my crv and they sound good except i have them in a poor location (located in the speaker grill) but i bet they will sound alot better when i move them higher but mines is amplified but the mids are pretty decent though

look into infinity kappa perfercts, if you look around you can get them for about 200.  Great highs,  Mids take some time to develop,  (during break in) but afterwards they are very crisp and poppy.  Never realyl worked with MTX that much never really been a fan so i cant help you in that sense.

I have yet to be disappointed with an MTX product since the original Blue Thunder series. Always high quality for the buck.
