I am installing a remote starter on 09 Sentra, which is the same as the 08.

I am using the Autostart 1775 with the ADS-AL-CA . Everything works fine except, every so often I hear when the car starts by remote I hear a grind in the starter.

This is what I tried doing..

- I opened the ignition on a relay

- I energized the keysense

- I tried another autostart 1775

- I am using the tach on the ads module and I also tried running a wire to the injector..same thing

I did NOT install a relay under the IPDM, I was told by some installer it is not needed.

I am getting this car on the weekend so I have time to try different things.

if anyone has encountered this problem, please let me know

Testing is the key
