I'v tride to un-subscribe from the linke on the emaile and it dos not work a little help would be nice

Look at the top right of this page.  Click on Profile.  Scroll down to the forum preferences section, and look for the line that reads: Notify me of replies to posts
Send an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.   To the right of that, click the No box.  Then click on Update Profile.

In addition, at the bottom of each forum page and each forum thread there is a link to Un-Watch (unsubscribe) if you are already watching that forum or thread.
