Does the car have power locks,  and you want them to lock/unlock with ignition or are you simply trying to add actuators?  Please be more specific and we can help.

You wil need to buy a special kit, probably from Spal because the locks are actuated by cables rather than rods, there is a diagramme in the relay section showing how to give ignition lock/unlock which is what I believe you were asking for.

I have the actuators but when I put them on the door I can not find a place that will work for them. I put them on the lock rod and it is not strang enough to lock and unlock it. So I put it on the lack where the cable is and the door handle does not want to go flush with the door.

Look at www.power-locks.com or google MES locks, they do type specific CABLE actuators inc. the Ford Focus. Can't help you anymore, ALL the UK Focuses have power locks and windows.
