I wired the park lights through a relay and resister and they flash but ever time the lights flash the radio and a/c cut off when remote start is running the truck. The radio and a/c pluse on and off with the lights flash. There are two white green wires at the switch and I tag the bottom one could this the the problem? I was not sure which one to use.

Wrong wire..... use the one on top.... next to the 4 others. NOT the single wire.

Are you NOT testiong the wires prior to making your connection?

Guessing will burn your truck to the ground!

Regardless of top or bottom, have you TESTED the wire in the car?
I usually use positive parking lights on those anyway.
There's a bundle of wires above the parking brake pedal. WHITE/ silver is positive lights. Maybe that'll fix it.

I found the problem I needed to put a diode across the 85 and 86 once I did this it fix the problem just thought I would let everyone know just in case someone else ever had this problem.
