Be a little more specific? How many wiring harnesses coming off the brain...? Where was the brain located...Was it zip-tied...? The box itself...is it square w/ rounded corners...What color is the box...Is it plastic...?

box is black think has rounded corners. It is zip tied to harness. I saw two harness comming off it. One with many wires and a smaller harness with 2-3 wires. The smaller harness was on the left side and the large harness came out the bottom. THere was a shock sensor close that had the same part numbers but ended in 02. Does that help?

It is probably aftermarket but the money that you will pay for new keypads and shipping you may be better off just getting a new alarm and installing it. If you buy those keypads and the alarm is fried you won't be a happy camper.
