Hi there, hope you can help.

Jumped in my car today, got to the end of the road and the blackjaxx started going off, typed in the code and it wont work. tried to connect to my laptop and it wont work as the alarm is active, is there anyway of disarming the alarm so i can get into the wizard software to turn off the blackjaxx?

Cheers, Scott

Use your remote or valet code to turn off the alarm, go to ignition, then programming, and turn the bloody nuisance off. Don't use your laptop, do it manually, it's faster. Using the laptop will knock out/change a lot of the programming out which is why I always discourage members of the public from buying Wiz.. If they insist, then  I insist on a warantee waiver.

For some reason it wont accept my code. i don't know whether using the laptop has made it forget, is there a factory code that it resets to?

I just don't know what to do? i didn't realise that the laptop caused problems

Any help greatly appriciated mate.

the switch could have possibly failed, it does happen occasionally.  Especially if used daily for black jax deactivation.
