I saw your Caravan project awhile back, are you on RCC as well? Great idea! I have a Caravan box, I agree, it is light. If you find a reliable source for the terminals, please pass it on. I don't have a Car Quest in the area and I couldn't find the part numbers mentioned above on their site. This would make an excellent winter project, I have my fans ready to go and a set of lights to put on...

Yes , I am also setting up to use the instrument cluster out of a 90 D-150 in my 83,, got some good info from Ramchargers Central on how the VSS is wired in.

The folks at the local Carquest are tracking down their terminal catalog,, they show the parts listed above in their computer system, but no photo, I'll  post what I find out.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. I just put a 1993 cluster in my 85, I know the VSS post you are refering to, very helpful.

I used alot of this guys info when I did my HEI conversion, he has alot of good info. Did you notice that he had hardly any info on the Chrysler terminals. I was thinking that it might be easier to use a more popular relay box, maybe something from a GM or Ford vehicle, it seems like terminals for these vehicles are easy to locate and a dime a dozen. I'll be doing a megasquirt later this year and adding several other accessories so a good relay box with easy to locate terminals would be a huge asset.
