The 530t seems to be the best option here, although as stated by Kevin you can build a circuit, the 530t would be simpler, and it already has the built in resistance circuitry that will switch it off when the windows are either all the way up or down, having them go up on arm is basic, the venting requires a constant negative trigger for a couple of seconds well for it to vent. What type of system are you using?

Okay.  I just looked at the wiring diagram for the 530t.  The up/down venting option only works by remote. 

How do I bypass this so it works off a switch?

once the switch or trigger signals ground for the three second duration you're set!
