 SO installing a auto start remote start and everything works fine except one little thing when car sits for a couple min the doors will not unlock  can figure this one out i have tried double pulsing it and no luck so then what i have to do is unlock with factory remote and then the remote starter fobs work fin intill car sits for a couple then it will not unlock any ideas

Which wires in the car did you use for unlock?
What model Autostart unit?

There is a position sensor wire in the same plug as the locks in the kick panel. This wire needs to receive a ground signal on unlock to allow the doors to unlock. The wire is gray

Quite literally just did one of these today(2007 sant fe)and know exactly what you're talking about.  You need to get that gray unlock detection wire, diode isolate it from your unlock wire and set for double pulse.
