My friend sold me an epicenter he had in his car but while he was removing it the cable that goes to the knob got damaged no longer works. It looks like a regular phone cable so i tried on at home and didn't work does any one know what kind of cable it uses i have seen rj11 and rj12 which one will work and does it have to be straight or reverse any help much appreciated.

Why not contact AudioControl directly?  My buddy chopped his by accident, called them and they kicked him down with a free one...shipped!!!

Good luck!

More importantly, why are you even CONSIDERING an Epicenter...
Distortion inducing, bass-wasting, signal destroying, unnecessary garbage devices...
Forget it.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
