Sorry about the delay in updating this post....

I increased the number of wraps on the IOM antenna to 6 and that solved the problem.

My viper install is complete thanks to the help from several of you, especially kreg357... Thanks you very much Kreg357.... You really helped me resolve these issues and I really appreciate your assistance.
