Hi,  I have a 506t and a 508d,  the 506t has an extra harness it appears.  Is it correct I can plug the 506t into the MUX port of my 50.7x,  and then use the extra pigtail to connect directly to my 508d?  Would it need diodes then on each of the sensors still?  Shall I just not use the 506t?

I really like the idea of hooking the piezo siren to the horn honk (-) , can you tell me how to wire the relay to be constant vs. pulsed?  I'd like to tie in a set of air horns also.

Thanks,

Wes

With the Prox 508D, you won't need a glass sensor. Once someone approaches your vehicle the warn away chirps will sound. If they break the glass and reach in, the inner zone of the 508D will trigger full alarm anyway. I had a 506T at one time, and while it will work, too many false alarms from outside noises. Especially if windows are vented.
