Hey guys,
1998 Chevy S10 Pickup - V6 with 5-speed. Installing a Viper 5901 and I can't for the life of me locate the clutch switch. Alldata says that it's on the clutch support bracket, but I don't see anything. If I read the wiring schematic correctly, I'm looking to tag a PURPLE / white wire with +12V on start. I'm also fine with tagging a (-) when the clutch pedal is depressed, but I first need to find the darn switch!
Anyone work on the late 90's S10 or Blazers with a clutch? Thanks!

havent worked on anything like that in a while. but i had a 95 grand am that was a 5speed. the clutch pedal switch on that car was bolted to the firewall and was a pushbutton type switch that went in when the clutch was pushed in. being both made by GM from the 90s it may be what to look for
