I might be confused on your wiring.. but just to be clear...

You have TWO ignitions, Pink and Green.

And TWO accessories, Orange and Brown

Correct?

And The blue status from the 555L to the blue status from the module, correct?

Correct, I read online that the brown wire needed to have power or else it would not start also that it couldn't be done through the ignition.

The 1270 likes to see around a 2v AC signal.  Connect the DMM black lead to chassis ground.  Set the DMM to 20v AC.  Connect the red lead to the Tach wire connection ( White wire at coil  ).  Should get a 2v AC reading that rises with RPMs.
Alright, I will try that tommorrow morning. I appreciate all the help so far guys

One more question, do you know how to get the remote start out of programing mode?
It doesn't seem to want to leave it which is causing the car to not start...
its 3 long clicks..

EXITING SERVICE MODE
1. Turn the ignition key to the ON position, DO NOT START!
2. Within 4 seconds, press and hold the Program Button (located on the
antenna) for 5 seconds or until the siren/ horn (optional) chirps two times.
NOTE: With the ignition key in the OFF position, the LEDs on the Antenna will
turn off and the remote starter functions will be re-enabled.
Soldering is fun!
