On page 16 they talk about the h1/4 wire and to ground it with a momentary switch, is that required?

Oh yah, my horn doesnt work either. I tested the black wire and it tested 12v, press the horn and it drops quickly.
So im assuming im on the right one.

Hi asb2106

Avital 4103 remote start H1/4 wire is used to start the engine via another module like voice activated device or

using a push button or anything that applies a negative pulse to this wire. If you touch chasis ground with this wire once your RS is working, it will activate and start the engine (Programable for one or two pulse)
