the locks on the mountaineer and explorer from 06 up need the 1 amp diodes to prevent feedback in the system. the flip flop locks on certain units code, prestige, DEI, etc cause the problem. putting the 1 amp diode inline prevents the issue.
the slam lock shuts off the locks after 1 min when locking with factory remote or the door lock switch.
the sequence is to shut that feature off.

For the last poster the diodes are necessary for 2 reasons, first with flip flops it makes the lock trigger "see" the correct polarity to lock or unlock and second to protect the alarm AND the BCM.
We've known about this for the last 5 years with European cars feeding into BCM units.

ok here it is vehicle polarity for door unlock/lock is - the remote start unit for lock/unlock is - therefore do i need to add relay to each wire

If when you trigger it with a direct ground it works then you should try the diodes if they fail then your relays are in order.

Have you tested the lock/unlock outputs from your unit?

I did not read much of this thread.  But Audiovox has the following information and they have no notes.
