Hi, People
I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee with a left-front (driver side) fader out on a Chrysler(Mitsubishi) radio model P04704383AH. I'm trying to find a schematic so I can at least take stab a at troubleshooting and/or repairing an output or channel transistor on the module. Any other suggestions outside of locating the schematic or repair manual would be helpful also.
Thanks. Rob

Newer radios do not have discrete circuitry on the amplifier sections. There is a single or maybe 2 output ICs. Are you sure you do not have a bad speaker?

Also if the speaker is in the door, check the wires inside the rubber boot between the car and the door.  Often you will find wires cracked, shorted, broken or all of those! inside the boot!

I have never seen a failure of OEM wiring that did not have some form of outside help.
