2011 rav4 and db all

Hi, We did a 2011 Rav4 with an Avital 4103 and DB-All. a couple of months later the customer came back because it didn't start. We re-flash the DB-All and re-programed it, but he complained that the unit was draining the battery. Customer took it to the dealer and they replaced the battery, at this time the unit was disconnected. A couple of weeks later we re-installed the unit, and a couple of weeks pass by and he was back complaining about the same( dead battery). We did everything as per expresskits directions. We had the units connected d2d and it worked like a charmed. But he would complain that the battery was draining. Any ideas as of what was going on with this unit?ieSpell rocks.

Do a battery draw test directly in front of the customer. Look for the draw and if there is one unplug the unit to see if it disappears...Mike M2

We did. We tested the battery and charging system that is why the dealer change the battery. We also check for drains but we could not find any. Customer said it would drain the battery in a matter of weeks and not overnight. This is his other vehicle and he doesn't use it everyday.ieSpell rocks.
