Probably does but do a test or check to be sure.

Look at the ignition key.  Does it have a "G" stamped on the blade near the key-head?

Wrap the key head with several layers ( 4 or 5 ) of aluminum foil.  Try to start car.

Open up the steering column ( remove lower cover ) and check for antenna ring at end of ignition cylinder /  transponder plug.

Soldering is fun!

The DEI PKALL or Fortin Key-Override-All is a good choice as the bypass module.

Soldering is fun!

you will definitely need a bypass module. The two Kreg suggested will be perfect for your application. forget adding any sensors, the only thing i would consider is the backup battery.

The tilt sensor is a great choice to have the alarm sound if it gets towed. The 507D works great. Your key has a dot on the blade and is 40bit, all 2009 Camrys are. Flashlogic FLTB1 on Amazon for 35 bucks. The car has two starter wires so you will need a relay to address this. DO NOT tie them together...
