viper 5904 on prado

We have already connected the wires, when we started to use the controls, I could hear click sound in the modem of the viper (meaning that it's working), but there was no signals coming out from the viper modem. Actualy at first there was some of them like for example we were able to open the door by the unlock button of the controls. And after connecting the shock sensor, by moving it there was response trigger to be shown on the two way controller.. But after the second trial of the installation, there were no signal at all..!! So (still there will be no signal) = (after connecting all wires, when pressing buttons of the controller nothing will happen more than hearing a klick sound from the viper modem)

Actually I don't think the poor guy took kindly to my veiled comment (200 miles to the West) that the nearest place to have it installed was Israel! Biggest selling alarm there is of course Clifford.

Dear all experts... Hi again. My viper on prado 120, was working well, but 2 weeks ago the two way controller was out of charge, after 24 hours I started charging it, there was an alert like musical sound.. Then after that I tried to use it , showed (out of range) meaning that there was no connection the system and the controller.. How I can fix this?? Please NB; I have tried the other (one way) controller, and tried to pair the device with the controller..
