Installed a compustar in a 95 Accord Standard but couldnt get the reservation mode to work due to clutch wire.DEI info says its BLACK/ green(+) at clutch switch and to connect the starter wire at this location.Remote start only works if i press the clutch in.

Is there another wire on the clutch switch?  If so, try that one instead.

There was also a cruise control release switch if the vehicle had it fitted. Please don't confuse them.

I think Mr. I. and myself might be confusing you.
Did you find that wire?
If so test, meter to 20volt DC, black probe to ground, red probe to wire, what happens when you press the clutch and start the car?

Good point Howie, if there is cruise control on the vehicle, the clutch mechanism will be fitted with 2 separate switches. One switch will activate with just a touch of the pedal, the other will require the pedal be fully depressed before the switch will activate. The one that activates with just a touch is the one that kills the cruise. The one that activates when fully depressed is the one that keeps the car from starting unless clutch is depressed.
The switches may be both contained in a single housing, there may be 3 or 4 wires going to the switch.

There are 2 switches, one the plunger comes outwhen the pedal is pressed And the other pushes in and on this one, when the pedal is pressed and started, the GREEN/ black wire has 12 volts.
