I installed a higher end dual radio into a 1999 Volvo xc70 and the radio comes in very statically. I know putting in aftermarket equipment can do this. How ever to those who listen to radio alot it's very annoying. Is there any kind of antenna booster? I do not want to put in a new antenna. Any ideas?

A "Higher End DUAL"?  The car may have an amplified antenna.  Did you purchase a wiring harness?  Did you connect the blue wire of that harness?

According to Metra, they did not make that vehicle that year.  Are you sure of the model and year?
