20pin (light blue/black) to vehicle side of cut TX key port

red 6pin (yellow/red) to keyport side of cut TX wire

red 6pin (YELLOW /GREEN) to vehicle side of cut TX wire

5pin (Gray/black) to Can 2 low pink

5pin (gray) to can 2 high blue

the bypass programed fine and shows no signs of malfunction.

car works as normal with factory keyfob and controls.

Remote start remote locks on one press with no horn honk and not light flash, but you can hear the on board relay flash ( i will hook up to the park light wire and the horn)

Remote start unlock turn on dome light with first press but doesnt unlock until the second press (all doors at once) I assume this needs to be set to double pulse.

remote start works now that I hooked the neutral safety to ground but it doesnt engage the starter at all, the command times out and i hear the onboard light relay click 8 times. Running the viper diagnostics it says neutral safety fault. and the two way remote gives the same fault.

should I hook up all the 12volt wires to the 100amp source?

You also need to plug in the 2 pin Neutral saftey switch in and have it set to on.

A big times two with Howard.  Fortin told you H3/2, H3/5 and H3/8 were not needed?  If you are using H3/1, you need H3/5 connected.  If you are using H3/4, you need H3/8 connected.   These RED / xxx power wires can all go to the same connection point as H1/1.
Soldering is fun!

Thanks guys,

the neutral safety switch is plugged in and on. I will go out and hook up the 12v wires and my light flash and horn and let you know what I find out.

Ok, so this is what I've done to fix my problems.

I hooked up the park lights to the RED / blue pin 8 on the 10pin connector on the under dash fuse panel. the park lights flash now.

I have the neutral safety wire straight to ground...its an automatic with shift lock so the car will never be turned off in gear anyway.

I had to use H3/5 Red to 100amp source behind under dash fuse panel...still wouldnt start so I hooked up the H3/8 RED / black it works now.

I will hook up the horn and other nonfunctioning things up later... it now fully functions as a remote start and unlock and lock fob so the wife is happy, I wont be happy until I can use every function available.
